The 2021/2022 school year is off to a very exciting start. Priding ourselves in being an active, vibrant, and inclusive physical education department, we have much to celebrate early this year. Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) 2021-2022

  • This year, the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) will be offering the computer-based online OSSLT to eligible students across the province. OSSLT results do not count toward students’ grades, but successful completion of the test is one of the requirements to earn an Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
  • The Ministry of Education has waived the literacy graduation requirement for all Grade

SJA NEWS From The Special Education Department

The Student Services department is almost back in full swing! The Functional Life Skills and Social Communication programs have students participating in food labs, baking Halloween treats, community walks to Maple Bakery, Fresh Juice House, etc. Also, our Pathways to Employability Program (PEP)  is also up and running with students receiving transit training to and from work at Kelsey’s.
